Answer:
The billing system is located at https://secure-cert.com/a1webserver/
In order to log in, you will need to enter the email address we currently send your invoices to, as well as a password that was assigned to you when you initially signed up.
If you do not have that password, please submit a support request to the Billing Department, and one will be furnished to you.
