Question:
What is Spambox and how do I empty my Spambox? ----------------------

Answer:
----------------------
Spambox works in conjunction with Spamassassin and may be enabled in your Control Panel.

Once spambox is enabled, it will store all emails which are tagged as spam in a special spam box set up for each email address on your domain.

To download your spam emails, simply set up am email account in Outlook Express for a specific email address, but add the letters "/spam" after the username.

For example - if you are setting up an account in Outlook Express for the spam box associated with your webmaster@yourdomain.com, you would use the username webmaster@yourdomain.com/spam. The password will be the same as it is for your webmaster@yourdomain.com email address.

It's a good idea to set up a message rule in Outlook Express to send all email from the spam box to a designated folder (hint: I send it all to the discarded messages folder) so that it won't clutter up your inbox.

You might, at this point, be asking yourself why you would want to download it. Why not just leave it on the server?

The problem with leaving spam on the server is that it will eventually consume all of your disk space. Once it does so, you won't be able to receive any email messages sent to you.
