Hello Larry,
 
A customer is at hotel with high speed access. He's able to receive email but not send.

Outlook Express keeps asking for a password when you hit send & recieve 
He can send in web mail but not on outlook express

Please advise or call

Hi Bob,

Some hotels which offer Hi Speed Wireless access have routed all outgoing email to their own mail servers.

To get around this, change your smtp port from 25 to 26.

If this doesn't work, it may be helpful to inquire at the hotel desk about any restrictions on outgoing email.
